Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times We offer the following shipping options to the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping (£3.99): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties ModrenFinds ships from overseas suppliers. Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by UK authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
